Some of these problems are depression, anxiety, suicidal tendency ,panic disorder etc and they all can have effect on our relationship with people . There are also over 1000 groups you can join and over 14000 topics you can discuss . Their community is interactive and allow you to post question and have live answers.

Is it possible to receive effective psychotherapy online ? The answer is yes ,but you should consider the following questions.

  2.  does the listener have experience or a good understanding of your problem?
  3.  in what manner is a crisis situation is managed?
